Style Musings: Rainy Day

I'm still in school. It's just a math class, so it's not stressful.  This is what I wore to class the other day.

Of course I wore my light pink Forever 21 blazer! To mix it up, I matched it up with my BDG green jeans.

I tried some pattern mixing with my H&M leopard print top and Forever 21 floral flats. I think it works. What do you think?

Style Musings: Never Have I Ever

Never have I ever thought I would love flatforms. Whenever I saw them, I always thought they were big and clunky. They are big and clunky, in a wonderful '70's way. I also have small feet, so I thought that flatforms would make my feet look big. But I am converted! I love them! Flatforms have the height of a heel/wedge, but the comfort of a flat. I love being able to look my family in the eye! (I'm the shortest, and the oldest child of three!)
I wore my green BDG jeans and brown Zara tee. The Zara tee has a wonderful zipper detail in the back. I threw on my velvet vintage Ralph Lauren blazer. I couldn't stop touching myself! It's so soft. I like wearing blazers in spring because my school's building is so bipolar. In some rooms, I'm sweating, but I'm freezing in others. And since it's still pretty cool outside, I need to have something to cover up with. I want warmer weather.
To reflect the color of the shoes, I wore a heart necklace. I don't know where it's from. My sister let me have it.

I also wore my studded Gap belt to keep my pants up. I love the combination of these colors.
The blazer has my first two initals! It was meant to be!
This pair of flatforms are by the brand Born. The shoes are very comfortable, and have a little extra arch support. I love the color, which is perfect for spring.
I wear my heart on my sleeve. Well, on my neck.

Flowers and Lace

When spring comes, my favorite things to wear are florals and lace. So girly and so perfect for the season.

These green jeans also remind me of spring. Yes, I did get green jeans! I got BDG jeans from Urban Outfitters. They are so comfy and soft. The only bad thing is that they run big! I thought I should get a 32, but got a 31. Now I wish I got a 30. I guess that's what belts are for.

The floral top is from Love Culture. It's one of the few floral things I have. It's cute though. I like it. I also have my Joy Melissa bag. I love this thing. I use it every day. It looks like a briefcase!

The shoes are my copper flip-flops. They're cute. And they have support, which is really important if you have bad feet.

To reflect the color of the shoes, I threw a little arm party! First I put on a rhinestone bracelet that my boyfriend gave to me. Then is a copper chainmail bracelet that I made. Finishing off my arm party is a brown braided leather H&M bracelet. Adds some sparkle too.
