Today, I'm restarting 21 Days of Change. For those not in the loop, 21 Days of Change is a project in which you do something new for 21 days. After 21 days, it is said that something becomes a habit. No time's better than the present, right?
For my first act, I will excercise for 21 days. And not only going to the gym: I will walk my dogs, as it is getting warmer (fingers crossed!), play with Wii Fit, and use the spinning bike that is downstairs. I'll update here for all to see. Wish me luck!
